Spring in almost here!!!!!! In recent months there has been a reduction of homes on the market but not a reduction of buyers. Despite low numbers of homes on the market, our buyer enquiry is still steady and many of these buyers are just waiting for new homes to come to the market. I am getting good enquiry with the homes I am marketing and there is great energy starting to build in the local market. I am personally seeing a dramatic increase in open home attendances over the last few weeks with the number of buyers actively seeking to buy. We have seen the current shortage of homes driving prices up over Winter through the competition generated between buyers. There is still a shortage of good homes available to buyers.
